Cancellation Policy

Did you know that Streams in the Desert Epigenetics & Wellness is one of only 32 places in the country you can receive Migun Therapy?  It is THE ONLY location in the State of Texas where this therapy is offered, and the only location nation-wide that offers Reflexology in conjunction with Migun Therapy…. and this is available to  you right here in Midland, TX!

Because of these unique and powerful services and the benefits many are receiving, we stay very busy and typically are booking out 3-4 weeks in advance.

As you can imagine, last minute cancellations really affect both small business financials AND limit others from the sometimes much-needed opportunity to get on the schedule. It is very difficult to fill a cancellation unless several days notice is given, simply because your Therapist is hands-on with people all day and does not have the down time to reach out to try to fill the spot.  So even though there are many who would want/need the spot, it ends up being simply wasted time.

Thus, we have implemented a 72-hour Cancellation Policy.  However, we would really appreciate it if you could let us know at least ONE WEEK in advance of cancellations.

If  less than 72 hours notice is given, you will be billed for 50% of the appointment cost via email invoicing.

If  less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be billed for 75% of the appointment cost via email invoicing.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be billed for the full cost of the appointment via email invoicing.

With that being said, I do  know that life happens and don’t want to be unreasonable.  If there is a true emergency situation that is out of your control, just reach out and I will be understanding in such cases.

When you schedule your appointment, you receive an automatic appointment confirmation by email. I suggest that when you schedule your appointment, you also add it to your personal calendar with a reminder for 4 days before.  You will get an email reminder of your appointment time 24 hours prior to your appointment, and another text reminder the day of your appointment if we have your email/phone number on file.  This is all for your convenience so you have plenty of opportunity to plan for and make your appointment.  Your understanding and diligence on this matter is much appreciated!
